Photography is allowed in courtyards and around statues. Inside the main shrine some temples ask visitors not to photograph the principal Buddha image especially during ceremonies. Look for signs and follow the lead of locals.
Is there a dress code?
Yes shoulders and knees should be covered enforced at most temples. Sarongs are sometimes lent at the entrance for a small deposit but bringing your own light cover-up is faster. Hats and sunglasses come off in the main shrine.
How do I get to Wat Phra Khao?
